When we were Siamese, it felt as though we were two halves of the same whole. Our minds and spirits were intertwined in a way that made us feel inseparable. We shared our thoughts, our dreams, and our fears with each other without reservation.
In those moments, there was a deep sense of understanding and connection that transcended words. We didn’t need to explain ourselves, because we knew that the other would always understand. We laughed together, cried together, and navigated the ups and downs of life as one.
But as time passed, we began to drift apart. Our paths diverged, and we found ourselves on separate journeys. The bond we once shared seemed to fade, leaving us feeling lost and alone.
Yet, a part of me still longs for those days when we were Siamese. I hold onto the memories of our closeness, hoping that one day we will find our way back to each other. Perhaps then, we can once again become two halves of the same whole.
