Genesis Chapter Thirty-Nine Verse Two

The Lord was with Joseph, and he was a prosperous man, working as a household manager for his Egyptian master, Potiphar. Despite being sold into slavery by his brothers, Joseph remained faithful to God and conducted himself with integrity. Potiphar recognized Joseph’s talents and put him in charge of his entire household, entrusting him with all his possessions. Joseph’s integrity and diligence were evident to all who knew him, and he quickly rose to a position of great responsibility in Potiphar’s household.

Joseph’s success was not solely due to his own efforts, but was a result of the Lord’s presence in his life. The favor of God was upon Joseph, and he was blessed in all that he did. This story serves as a powerful reminder of the importance of remaining faithful to God, even in the face of adversity. Joseph’s example shows us that when we put our trust in the Lord and live according to His will, He will bless us and prosper us beyond our expectations.
