In Genesis 19:3-4 in the King James Version of the Bible, it describes the interaction between Lot and two angels who came to visit him in the city of Sodom. The passage reads, “And he pressed upon them greatly; and they turned in unto him, and entered into his house; and he made them a feast, and did bake unleavened bread, and they did eat. But before they lay down, the men of the city, even the men of Sodom, compassed the house round, both old and young, all the people from every quarter.”

In these verses, we see Lot’s hospitality towards the strangers as he eagerly invites them into his home and prepares a feast for them. However, we also see the wickedness of the men of Sodom as they surround Lot’s house and demand that he bring out the visitors so that they may have relations with them. This passage serves as a warning about the consequences of sin and the importance of showing kindness and hospitality to others.
