Emma woke up to the sound of her alarm blaring at 5:30 in the morning. Rubbing her eyes, she sat up and stretched, feeling both excited and nervous about the day ahead. Today was the day of her big presentation at work, the one she had been preparing for weeks.
As she got ready, her mind raced with thoughts of the meeting. She knew she had put in hours of research and practice, but still couldn’t shake the feeling of doubt. What if she stumbled over her words? What if her boss didn’t like her ideas? But Emma quickly pushed those negative thoughts away. She had worked too hard to let self-doubt hold her back now.
Stepping out of her apartment, Emma felt a rush of determination. She was ready to show her colleagues what she was made of.
